Terms of Use

1. About these terms

Al Akhdar Trading CRM ("we", "us") runs www.mominagha.com. By using the website or signing in to the CRM you agree to these terms. If you use it for your organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and allowed by your organisation to use the CRM.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Your administrator decides your role and what you can see and change, and can switch your account off.
• Tell us straight away at support@mominagha.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your team's information

The records your team enters and the files it uploads belong to your organisation. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to record the people and companies you add, including their contact details.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• upload harmful files or content that you have no right to share;
• try to reach records, accounts or parts of the service your role does not allow, or get around its permissions;
• copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the software, or overload it with automated requests;
• use it to send unsolicited messages.

5. Match scores, AI and figures

Match scores, terms checks, AI analyses, analytics and calculator results are there to help your team decide. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and every trading decision remains yours. Check the facts before you rely on them.

6. The service

We work to keep the service available and your information safe, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may improve, change or remove features.

7. Plans and fees

A paid plan is agreed with you in writing before you are charged anything.

8. Ownership

The software, the website and their design belong to Al Akhdar Trading CRM. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service. Your organisation's information stays yours.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or trading losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using the service at any time, and your administrator can close your account.

11. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Al Akhdar Trading CRM's operating company is registered, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem directly.
